• Tom has been professionally instructing government agencies, corporations, and college students for going onto 21 years in computer and network fields. Working alongside various IT staffs in facilitation of Windows and Office companywide rollouts.

• Besides training Tom has been supporting small non-profit organizations in the Calgary area, dealing with day to day operational issues and questions. His background with computers since 1989 has exposed him to various real-world challenges when dealing with users and security needs ranging from DOS 5 to Windows 10.
